CortexCart Affiliate Ground Rules

1Commission Structure & Payouts

• Monthly Plans: 15% recurring commission for the life of the customer subscription.
• Annual Plans: 25% commission on the annual payment.
• Referral Benefit: All referred users on annual plans receive 1 month free.
• Payout Cycle: Commissions are paid out monthly in arrears after a 30-day holding period.
• Cut-off Date: The 21st of each month is the cut-off for the next payout round.

2Promotional Guidelines (The "Do's and Don'ts")

• ✅
  YES: Use your unique link on TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or your own blog.
• ✅
  YES: Use the provided brand assets.
• ❌
  NO SPAM: Sending unsolicited emails or mass-messaging people is strictly prohibited.
• ❌
  NO BRAND BIDDING: You may not run ads on keywords containing "CortexCart".
• ❌
  NO SELF-REFERRALS: Using your own link to sign up is not permitted and will be voided.

3Ethical Disclosures

Transparency: You must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate. Using hashtags like #ad or #affiliate is required.

4Termination

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program if brand guidelines are violated.
